Akron Cultural Plan Announces Steering Committee Members

The Cultural Plan Steering Committee came together for the first time to kick off the Akron Cultural Plan. These individuals represent multiple organizations and neighborhoods throughout Akron, including the University of Akron, Himalayan Arts Language and Cultural Academy, Stan Hywet, the Akron Art Museum, Inlet Dance, and many more exceptional organizations. They have generously volunteered their time to serve as community liaisons to the project team in this planning process. The steering committee is tasked with making sure the project team has a deep understanding of community feedback and sharing public events, surveys, and other planning tools within their networks and organizations.
