Akron, OH – State and Federal Communications, in partnership with ArtsNow, hosted a special reception celebrating the installation of artwork by Summit County and local-based artist Jennifer Vincik at the State and Federal Communications headquarters in downtown Akron.
The reception, held on Thurs., Oct. 9, 2025, highlighted State and Federal Communications’ ongoing investment in the arts and its recognition of the power of local creativity to inspire, connect, and strengthen community.
Elizabeth Bartz, President and CEO of State and Federal Communications, has long demonstrated a remarkable commitment to both Akron and the arts. This new installation is a reflection of that dedication, shining a spotlight on the talented artists who make the region vibrant and unique.

But my commitment goes beyond the arts; I believe in strengthening every part of our community, from education and civic engagement to supporting local families and businesses. Investing in creativity, compassion, and community is how we create a stronger Akron together.”
Nicole Mullet, Executive Director of ArtsNow, added, “Partnerships like this demonstrate the incredible impact that happens when local businesses and artists come together. Elizabeth and her team continue to show what corporate leadership in the arts looks like, creating opportunities for artists like Jennifer to share their vision while enhancing the spaces where our community works and gathers.”
